Nexus Initiatives is a non-profit that serves as an umbrella for Christian mission. 

At our outset (and still today), there was no preconceived notion for what Nexus' ultimate scale or lifespan would be or what initiatives God would call into being.  There is also no expectation that the initiatives will necessarily share a common thread other than that they are prayerfully discerned as God's call on people's lives.

To date, three initiatives have sprung forth:

• 4th Day Journey - a ministry of space where we are freed from any intensity or busyness that may preoccupy our lives; where we can stop, rest, and reconnect with the Holy Spirit and with one another.  Filled with the Spirit, we are free to sing our own song, speak our own language, dance our own dance, and free also to leave and follow our own call.
• Nexus Technology- a ministry that helps non-profits and schools use technology to more effectively pursue their missions.
• Nexus Athletics- a youth ministry where athletic teams serve as microcosms for life in Christian community.  A community where individuals selflessly work together for the common good; share and develop their gifts while challenging others to do the same; and accept success with humility while embracing failure as a learning experience.  Nexus Athletics was in operation through 2004 and is currently dormant.
